The TCL-553HDOSD has dozens of user-friendly features. Using the OSD menu (and the controls conveniently located on the back of the camera) you can make adjustments to white balance, shutter, iris, video quality and more. The menu also includes a reset selection that initiates PrePro (Pre-Programmed by professionals) function, which sets the camera to optimum level for most surveillance environments. Used judiciously this feature can save the installer tons of time.

A built-in microphone captures sound at the camera location.  Auto-iris control electronics are built-in, with the standard port on the back of the camera.

Use a standard C-mount or CS-mount lens or a new megapixel lens with this camera thanks to an industry standard lens mount (C-ring provided). Other features include:

  • 1/3" color Sony™ ExVIEW HAD II CCD video sensor
  • EFFIO™ digital signal processing chipset
  • Built-in anti-aliasing and IR-cut filter - requires a radiant IR source for infrared functions
  • 700-TV line resolution or more
  • 0.01 LUX minimum illumination, f1.2
  • Full OSD menu with many operating parameter selections including AES, ATR, AGC, BLC, HLC
  • C or CS- mount lens compatible (C-ring provided)
  • Industry standard lens mount (lens not included)
  • MEGAPIXEL LENS compatible
  • Dual Power, use 12VDC or 24VAC
